CMHA Ride Don't Hide
Over the last 5 years Team Butterfly has raised $7,240 .
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) has over 330 locations. They provide programs, advocacy and and the Ride resources to help prevent mental health problems and illnesses, support recovery and support all Canadians to recover and strive. Their programs help over 1.3 million Canadians each year. The annual Ride Don't Hide is the largest mental health ride in Canada and all funds raised goes towards providing the programs and services.
This year, 2026, the CMHA has decided to change their focus to a different mental health fundraising event. We however will still be continuing to do our ride each year. We believe that it is important to get outside, exercise with those you care about, and to process all we have endured. We cheer each other on and use the ride to focus on what we can do to help others AND ourselves!
This year we will be collecting donations and splitting it up between the Lindsay and the Durham CMHA Locations in order to help those closer to home!
